The Fingerprint is composed entirely from the visual language of the digital age: QR code fragments, scan matrices, and data squares. Viewed as a whole, they resolve into the oldest mark of human identity: a fingerprint.

Embedded within the composition is a single functional QR code. Scan it, and you are taken to anonymous.averylakeofficial.com, an interactive digital experiment that captures your browser identity, location, device data, and behavioral fingerprint in real time. The artwork does not merely represent surveillance culture. It enacts it.
